Job Summary
An educational software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote HR People Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing, automating and building scalable people systems and end-to-end tools with a human centric focus
- Managing strategic and day-to-day people operations
- Providing strategic oversight, support and guidance to the people business partners
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Deep experience of HR/People experience
- Ability to operate at the strategic level
- Previous people management experience
- Proven ability to operationalize people processes and system, with the experience and skills to help the organization scale rapidly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
