Job Summary
A data-driven marketing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote HR Sales Compensation Analyst in Dallas.
Must be able to:
- Ensure complete and accurate employee data and compensation plan detail
- Partner with Sales leaders and team to ensure that the required compensation data is provided in a timely basis
- Produce regular analysis and distribution of compensation reports and incentive payments
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a professional services environment required
- 3+ years’ experience in a sales compensation/analyst role, preferably handling commission calculations
- Heavy experience utilizing Excel to analyze and work with data, formulas, lookups, etc
- Excellent analytical skills; advanced level of MS Excel and analytics platforms/dashboards such as Tableau/Salesforce is required
- Demonstrated experience designing, developing, analyzing & implementing a variety of compensation plans & structures
