Job Summary

An information technology company that develops cybersecurity solutions has an open position for a Remote HRBP People Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Partnering with executives and managers to provide coaching around leading their organizations with a focus on organization design for scale, recognition and engagement strategies, building development plans for high potential talent, and proactive workforce planning
  • Taking initiative to design, evangelize, present and implement recommendations for new people initiatives to senior leadership and to the larger company
  • Assessing and determining individual and organizational needs and requirements based on our current and future growth plans

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of HR Business Partner and HR functional experience in a high growth environment
  • Proven experience driving change in a high growth and fast paced global environment
  • Ability to assess the needs of organizations and influence executives on necessary actions Have a people centric and "roll up your sleeves and get it done" work style
  • Demonstrated competence in various HR functional areas: coaching, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and program management
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion; maintain confidentiality Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
