A health and beauty company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote HRIS Analyst II.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing support for all escalated Workday tickets
  • Addressing data integrity issues with integrations
  • Constantly monitoring system performance

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing and maintaining HRIS systems
  • 2+ years Workday experience
  • Experience managing integrations within Workday or similar systems
  • Ability to gather key requirements
  • Knowledge of XML, XSLT, API, Workday EIB, Workday Reporting, and Workday Studio
  • Strong project management skills
