Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote HRIS Analyst in Austin.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collecting, storing, organizing, and reconciling current and past data from different HR systems used as the company grew/grows
- Participating as a project team member in ongoing HRIS implementation projects
- Engaging with the Workday Community and biannual releases to stay current on system capabilities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A minimum of 5 years HRIS experience
- SME in at least 3 of the following modules/functions: Core HCM (required), configurations/business process updates (required)
- At least 3 years’ experience using Workday
- Systems/technology savvy with ability to learn new systems easily
