Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote HRIS Implementations Specialist in Beverly.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading customers through iSolved implementations of performance management, training, and on-boarding/offboarding
  • Assisting the service team with setting up benefit renewal plans
  • Managing project plans to ensure project deliverables and customer launch dates are met

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Have a bachelor’s college degree or equivalent education/business experience
  • Have 3+ years of experience in delivering HR Technologies as well as advising on HR topics
  • Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and problem solving skills
  • Have software implementation experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Have prior HR experience specifically with performance management, training, and benefits
  • Have strong technical aptitude and capabilities
