A technology company is seeking a Remote HRIS People Operations Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the Workday implementation efforts set to begin in Q1 2022
  • Partnering with the HR Operations team in creating efficient and globalized processes that support the company
  • Designing and planning new People Operations systems, integrations, and maintenance projects

Qualifications Include:

  • 7+ years in HRIS with heavy Workday experience
  • Experience with HRIS & ATS systems ex: Namely, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever and similar
  • Have a desire to grow and build a global HR operations infrastructure.
