Job Summary

A staffing and recruiting firm is in need of a Remote HRIS Project Manager in Charlotte.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage the project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals as defined by the Workforce product team
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and maintain the portfolio dashboard
  • Proactively document changes in project scope, potential risks and issues

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience with HRIS (Ex. HCM, PA, Payroll, Timekeeping) related projects is required
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree (Information Technology field preferred)
  • PMP Certification (Preferred but not mandatory)
  • Minimum of 2 years' direct work experience in a project management capacity
  • Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a business analyst capacity
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
