Job Summary
A staffing and recruiting firm is in need of a Remote HRIS Project Manager in Charlotte.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Manage the project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals as defined by the Workforce product team
- Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and maintain the portfolio dashboard
- Proactively document changes in project scope, potential risks and issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with HRIS (Ex. HCM, PA, Payroll, Timekeeping) related projects is required
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree (Information Technology field preferred)
- PMP Certification (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum of 2 years' direct work experience in a project management capacity
- Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a business analyst capacity
- Minimum of 2 years' experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
