Job Summary
has a current position open for a Remote HRIS Senior Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Support the established, ongoing policies and procedures related to the administration of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Provide HR leadership with ongoing analytics, which facilitate the administration of quality and timely HR activity
- Assist in identifying automated HR solutions to the business to drive efficiencies and cost savings
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HRIS and its role in overall company systems universe
- Data analytics and reporting competencies, including use of market leading BI tools
- Experience in hands-on implementation of HR systems, including at enterprise level
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools
- 3+ years of related experience
- UKG/Ultimate Software experience
