Job Summary
A specialty risk management advisory firm is in need of a Remote Human Capital Management and Human Resource Information System Manager.
Must be able to:
- Act as HR Lead for in-progress implementation of new HCM
- Be the product owner for the maturing systems
- Provide strategic leadership in defining and designing the end-to-end user journey
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field
- 7+ years related technology experience including systems analysis and system design experience
- 5+ years in HR systems and process leadership role
- Working knowledge of a HCM and/or payroll system in a large complex organization
- Experience leading teams in a decentralized independent organizational structure
- Experience leading a change network to support the development and adoption of new HCM
