Job Summary
A global company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Capital Management Program Manager in the West.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as the lead Project Manager on Global implementations
- Complete deployment project activities including plan updates, communications, risk management/mitigation
- Develop account blueprints and project plans
Required Skills:
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Demonstrate 7-10 years of experience implementing HR or HCM enterprise-level projects
- Global project management experience in the SaaS industry
- Experience configuring and deploying enterprise SaaS solutions
- CAPM, PMP, PgMP or equivalent
- B.S. or B.A. Degree
