Job Summary

A financial services and insurance agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Centered Mid Level Designer .

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Defining business problems, design requirements, and demonstrate a solution's potential success
• Assisting in the facilitation of cross-functional human-centered design sessions and group discussions
• Deconstructing moderately complex problems into a clear and achievable workstream

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum
• 4 years in a Product Design, UX Design, Service Design or Design Research role
• Experience delivering complex design systems for web and native applications
• Experience designing and supporting digital products inside an Agile environment
• A portfolio that demonstrates designing digital experiences for mobile and web-based applications
• Demonstrated ability to work fluently in standard applications, including Sketch, InVision, etc
