Job Summary

A clinical brain data company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resource and People Operations Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to design and implement best-practice processes
  • Developing and maintaining key resources to share with candidates
  • Managing and evolving our HRIS (currently based in Gusto) and HR processes

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in people operations or HR in tech-focused software or healthcare companies, including at least 4 years in start-up environments
  • Experience leading a hybrid workforce including both remote and onsite teams
  • Direct people operations or HR experience for a company where team size was increasing 50% YoY
  • Background building Diversity, Equity & Inclusion into core people operations and HR processes
  • Strong references for all core areas, including recruiting, compensation structuring, and employee relations issues
