Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Remote Human Resource Business Partner Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing coaching/counseling advice to managers and employees
- Partnering with Recruiting to ensure the most qualified employees are hired
- Managing Workday transactions related to new hires, transfers, compensation changes, and terminations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years Human Resources Generalist/ Business Partnering experience
- Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence through results
