A staffing agency that serves the accounting and financing industries is seeking a Remote Human Resource Consultant in Minneapolis.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide consultation and resolution guidance to promote a positive workplace culture
- Research, resolve and respond to a variety of employment-related matters
- Perform other duties as assigned
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5-7 years of experience in employee relations or as an HR Generalist, or equivalent experience
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
- Previous experience working in HR Operations
