An identity infrastructure company is seeking a Remote Human Resource Generalist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Administering and assisting with compensation and benefit plans and payroll tasks
- Helping organize training and development initiatives
- Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BSC/BA in Business administration or relevant field
- Proven 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
