Job Summary

A mental healthcare organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resource Information System Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the implementation teams for initial implementation and ongoing configuration
  • Developing a roadmap of tools/features needed
  • Working in a hands-on, collaborative environment to implement and support scalable HR, recruiting, payroll, and training systems

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience leading integration and synchronization of HR Systems with third-party systems and tools
  • 3+ years experience implementing HR systems, payroll, and ATS systems (e.g. Ultipro, Workable, etc.)
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and considerations in systems implementations nice to have
  • Experience with Agile software development methodology using Scrum, sprints, and JIRA
  • 5+ years experience as an HRIS manager, product owner, product manager, consultant, or business analyst of HR systems implementations
  • Familiarity with third-party API concepts and integration
