Job Summary
A mental healthcare organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resource Information System Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the implementation teams for initial implementation and ongoing configuration
- Developing a roadmap of tools/features needed
- Working in a hands-on, collaborative environment to implement and support scalable HR, recruiting, payroll, and training systems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience leading integration and synchronization of HR Systems with third-party systems and tools
- 3+ years experience implementing HR systems, payroll, and ATS systems (e.g. Ultipro, Workable, etc.)
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and considerations in systems implementations nice to have
- Experience with Agile software development methodology using Scrum, sprints, and JIRA
- 5+ years experience as an HRIS manager, product owner, product manager, consultant, or business analyst of HR systems implementations
- Familiarity with third-party API concepts and integration
