A tax service company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resource Information System Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as a super-user for HRIS data entry, mass updates and troubleshooting
- Applying strong analytic and problem-solving skills dealing with requirements
- Ensuring records are meeting regulatory compliance by conducting HR file audits
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and must have HRIS auditing experience
- Experience using Human Resources Information Systems
- Capability and up-to-date knowledge of MS Excel
- Able to explain technical subject matter to nontechnical audiences
- Project management skills and/or credentials
