Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Human Resource Information Systems Product Development Specialist in Florham Park.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Being responsible for the design, implementation and support of HR systems
- Guiding the implementation of process improvements
- Leading the development of HR system strategies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelors degree in HR, business administration, labor or industrial relations
- 7+ years of experience in HR-related information systems or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in a HRIS leadership role
- Sound technical skills with a deep knowledge of ERP systems
- Exemplary project management skills
