Job Summary
A travel corporation is in need of a Remote Human Resource Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Troubleshooting HR and payroll questions, identifying issues, developing solutions, and accurately documenting interactions
- Providing support for employee and leader transactions in Workday as a proficient user
- Assisting with gathering and updating information for internal/external audits
Position Requirements Include:
- Three years of professional experience preferred, with at least one year of HR, payroll or recruiting experience
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving and rapidly-changing matrix environment
- Experience supporting a remote employee population or experience working in a Shared Service environment
