Job Summary

A human resources technology company is in need of a Remote Human Resource Technology Sales Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain personal relationships with prospects
  • Work with our onboarding team to ensure a smooth technical onboarding for our customers post-sale
  • Explain the inner workings of the platform

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years in a similar role in SaaS sales engineering, pre-sales or implementation
  • Experience working in both pre-sales and implementation of software solutions
  • Experience project managing large-scale technical integrations
  • Experience with HR Tech platforms (HRIS, ATS, etc.)
  • Ability to produce technical documentation to assist customer HRIS teams in ATS integration
  • Ability to work with our onboarding team to ensure a smooth technical onboarding for our customers post-sale
