Job Summary

A nationwide banking and financing company is seeking a Remote Human Resources Advisor.

Must be able to:

• Handle employee relations issues
• Advise leaders and employees on all performance management issues
• Research, resolve and respond to a variety of employment-related matters

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's degree in related degree, or equivalent work experience
• 5 to 7 years of experience in employee relations, HR Generalist, or equivalent experience
• Ability to provide providing consultation and resolution guidance
