Job Summary

An online marketing company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources and Finance Leader.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Driving the recruitment process for all open positions
  • Administering and coordinating the day-to-day processing of benefit programs
  • Maintaining Employee Handbook

Required Skills:

  • 3-5+ years’ experience as HR Generalist or Assistant
  • Associates degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
  • Significant recruiting experience
  • Medium proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer
  • Basic QuickBooks experience
  • Basic knowledge of various employment laws and practices
