A human resources software developer has an open position for a Remote Human Resources and Information Technology Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and experimenting with new customer experiences and processes
- Managing the customer relationship post-implementation
- Conducting business reviews and usage audits with customer leadership

- 2+ years of SaaS experience in customer success, account management, or implementation
