Job Summary

A human resources software developer has an open position for a Remote Human Resources and Information Technology Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and experimenting with new customer experiences and processes
  • Managing the customer relationship post-implementation
  • Conducting business reviews and usage audits with customer leadership

Position Requirements Include:
