Job Summary
A business management and consulting firm has an open position for a Remote Human Resources and Payroll Operations Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Conduct onboarding, offboarding and status changes
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Prepare HR documents including offer letters and new hire documents
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in HR and payroll (3-5 years)
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and under tight deadlines
- Detail oriented without losing sight of project or task due dates
- Strong organizational, time management and prioritization abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with other Microsoft products (Microsoft Edge, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, & Teams)
