Job Summary

A nonprofit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Implementing solutions to meet changing business and talent needs
• Supporting the talent review processes to recommend skill building
• Implementing solutions that improve employee engagement

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s in human resources or related and 5+ years human resources experience, or equivalent experience
• Experience in change management and human resources development, training and capacity development
• Experience working with diverse, multi-cultural teams, bonus points for international environments
• Experience using data analytics platforms to inform storytelling and presentations
• Strong collaborator - Ability to collaborate and operate in a "one team" environment across all levels
• Familiar with the complete HR service portfolio including OD and talent management
