A nonprofit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Implementing solutions to meet changing business and talent needs
- Supporting the talent review processes to recommend skill building
- Implementing solutions that improve employee engagement
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s in human resources or related and 5+ years human resources experience, or equivalent experience
- Experience in change management and human resources development, training and capacity development
- Experience working with diverse, multi-cultural teams, bonus points for international environments
- Experience using data analytics platforms to inform storytelling and presentations
- Strong collaborator - Ability to collaborate and operate in a "one team" environment across all levels
- Familiar with the complete HR service portfolio including OD and talent management
