A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage all areas of employee relations for your client groups
- Own and track metrics corresponding to the internal employee experience, including surveys
- Design and lead people initiatives including formal review processes, development, and engagement
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner responsible for organizations at scale
- Extensive experience serving as a point HRBP for execs
- Full range of experience with compensation planning
- Considerable HRIS experience as applicable for business partner work
