Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or 5-7 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
- Strong experience with employee relations practices, investigations, and disciplinary actions
- Proven ability to challenge and motivate teams in an atmosphere of mutual respect
