A privately-held corporate travel management solutions provider has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Driving organizational change and growth and transformation
- Supporting business leaders in all employee engagement and learning and development activities
- Participating in the design of the Talent Acquisition strategy
Position Requirements Include:
- 4-6 years of HR Business and Relationship management experience
- Experience and ability to influence, negotiate and manage multiple stakeholders at various levels
- Experience working in a highly matrixed and multi-national, global working environment
- Comfort and understanding of working in a HR CoE model
- Have an HR business partner background and have managed ER cases
