Job Summary
A database and cloud management development company is in need of a Remote Software Business Partner Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Consulting with the business leaders on talent, leadership, business strategy/transformation, etc
- Serving as the primary HR interface for the segment/function providing an integrated HR solution
- Consulting with the business to define and activate the HR Strategy
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Competent to work in HR Performance Management, compensation, and training and development
- Experience working across organizations, geographies and diverse cultures
- Strong communication skills
- Typically requires 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
