Job Summary

A provider of technology-enabled insurance services is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the development and retention of Company's workforce through strong engagement efforts, workforce planning, performance feedback systems and organizational effectiveness strategies
  • Working with the VP to set department’s strategic priorities and annual objectives and key results to drive business success and talent management strategies across the organization
  • Overseeing the activities of the human resources business partners and the development and supervision of four Human Resource Business Partners, two Human Resource Generalists and three HR Coordinators

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field; and
  • A minimum of 10 years of job related experience, 3 years of which should be in a relevant leadership, supervisory or managerial role
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and competencies with the ability to manage and develop strategy
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR disciplines, strategy, practices and programs
  • Comprehensive understanding of leadership development, organizational effectiveness, change management and employee engagement principles, practices and consulting
  • Deep understanding of laws, practices and policies related to handling of employee relations matters
