A healthcare services provider has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner in Lafayette.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues
• Conducting weekly meetings with respective divisions
• Consulting with operational leadership

Qualifications for this position include:

• 8 to 10 years’ experience resolving complex employee relations issues
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
• Ability to identify training needs for business units
• Ability to assist in onboarding acquisition employees in the assigned division
• Ability to provide Human Resources policy guidance and interpretation
