Job Summary

A data connectivity platform company is seeking a Remote Human Resources Business Partner Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing multi-year people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness
  • Offering thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution
  • Leading core HR processes such as performance calibration, compensation cycles and promotions

Required Skills:

  • 8 years experience in HR preferably at least five years as an HR business partner
  • Relevant experience building and increasing employee engagement and expertise in performance management
  • Excellent communication skills, including effective facilitation, listening and writing
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Effective coaching and facilitation skills and ability to influence colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of HR programs and practices, including applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations
