Job Summary
A financial management and accounting firm is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Client Services Generalist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Investigating/Responding to client issues and concerns
- Providing coaching to client managers and employees on employee issues
- Ensuring policy is followed and legal obligations to employees are met
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration or related field
- 3-5 years experience: Ability to provide feedback to others regarding performance/issues
- 3-5 years experience: Understanding of human resources related topics
- 5 years relevant experience in the HR field, or any similar education/experience
- Microsoft Office Suite skills
