Job Summary
A non-profit global development network is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing HR practitioners and staff with the interpretation of job evaluation related policies and practices
- Conducting job classification within UNDP for FTA/TA posts as required
- Providing of technical advice on position levels, with completed ICSC scoring/ GJP review
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience at the national and international levels
- Experience to work effectively familiarity with change management processes
- Excellent knowledge and proven experience in the application of the ICSC job evaluation standards
- Excellent knowledge of the Organizational Design theory and practice
- Familiarity with UN/UNDP human resources policies and procedures would be an advantage
- Atleast Master’s degree
