Job Summary
An HR services provider has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Consultant in Boston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Help our team scale and support our rapidly growing business in the Boston market
- Grow our network of consultants for future needs
- Build business relationships and create client capabilities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel to other markets on occasion
- Experience with strategic, Human Capital consulting
- A combination of hands-on Human Capital experience across the full Talent Lifecycle
- Strong communication skills and ability to build business relationships and create client capabilities
- Experience building employment culture/branding, building tools from workforce data
- All other requirements necessary for this position
