Job Summary
A human resource services company has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Customer Implementation Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Help inform the design and implementation
- Act as a hands-on, consultative onboarding manager to guide our largest customers
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer by relaying feedback internally to the appropriate stakeholders
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experiencing managing complex projects
- Have a deep knowledge of web technologies
- Are able to track trends and data
- Have 2+ years of experience implementing solutions for customers
