Job Summary

A human resources solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Customer Success Team Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Analyzing and iterating on our internal processes to make them simple and more efficient
  • Developing and testing hypotheses around how to create loyalty through proactive outreach to our customers
  • Inspiring your team and remove roadblocks so they can do the best work of their lives on a daily basis

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Analytic and strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into insights and actions
  • Experience in hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team of customer success professionals
  • 3-5 years experience managing a team in customer success, account management, sales, or a similar field
  • Success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
