A power management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resources Data Scientist in Cleveland.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Consulting with HR and internal partners across business sectors
- Proactively providing observations and data sights to Business Sector HR leaders
- Transforming HR’s reporting and analytics into insights for HR partners
Qualifications for this position include:
- 25% travel
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge in one or more of the company required technologies
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge in business application of statistics and data visualization
- Ability to advocate for learning of analytics within the HR workforce
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years’ professional work experience in data analytics
