A real estate investment services company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Director .

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Implementing policies and processes to support human resource compliance and strategy needs
  • Administering or overseeing the administration of human resource programs
  • Coordinating discipline and termination of all employees

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
