Job Summary
A not-for-profit higher education institution is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead multiple high-profile projects of varying timelines simultaneously
- Support and participate in strategic initiatives or cross-group complex projects
- Work with managers on performance management issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Five to seven years’ experience in human resources; including project management experience
- In depth knowledge in a range of areas such as talent strategies, and general HR practices
- Well-versed in data base systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR related technologies
- Experience with data management, data analysis and leveraging data
