Job Summary

A developer of online employment management software is in need of a Remote Human Resources Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of 9 direct reports
  • Optimizing all existing Extended Workforce processes and programs for efficiency and scalability
  • Ensuring all Extended Workforce interactions exhibit the company’s nurse-first approach in all areas of operation

Qualifications Include:

  • 10+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably directly related to hospitals or nursing
  • 7+ years of progressive seniority in leadership
  • Experience in a hospital setting or meeting the needs of nurses specifically
  • Wide range of expertise in HR tech and Salesforce experience
