Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Advising on labor and employment issue
- Analyzing the workplace, identifying relevant risks and offer recommendations to improve practices
- Providing helpful insight in reference to all of the policies and procedures currently in place
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years experience and knowledge dealing with California employment laws
- Broad experience working with employment-related matters
- Excellent research skills
