Job Summary
A software developer is in need of a Remote Human Resources Generalist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Onboarding new hires in the HRIS
- Managing HR data and maintaining data integrity in HRIS
- Ensuring legal compliance with all applicable U.S. federal, state and local employment laws
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Knowledge of HR compliance regulations, federal, state and local employment laws
- Experience using an HRIS system
- Highly organized, and able to manage multiple, and sometimes conflicting, priorities
- Strong attention to detail is required
