Job Summary

A non-profit education provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Generalist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Responding to inquiries regarding organization’s policies, procedures, and benefits
• Maintaining confidential employment data, health records, and electronic data utilizing HRIS database
• Assisting in the resolution of employee relation matters including disciplinary action and conflict resolution

Qualifications Include:

• Demonstrated knowledge of state employment laws and federal employment law
• Prior benefit administration experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience with HRIS databases
