Job Summary

A multi-national corporation is in need of a Remote Human Resources Generalist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Building credibility and trust with the workforce and leaders
• Understanding, developing, applying, and coaching employees and supervisors on our culture of Market Based Management
• Driving innovation in HR functions and processes and supporting transformation efforts

Position Requirements Include:

• At least 2 years of either HR experience, recruiting, or training & development
• Ability to engage with employees at all levels of the organization
• Self-motivated to embrace, define, and drive continuous improvement in how you and the HR team serve the business
• Results oriented person with excellent communication skills, initiative, and personal accountability
