Job Summary

A marketing technology and digital agency is in need of a Remote Human Resources Generalist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Recruiting for, screening, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions
  • Facilitating new hire offer/onboarding process and conducting new hire onboarding
  • Assisting HR Director with routine tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proven thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems
  • Ability to report on attrition tracking/trending MTD, QTD, YoY
