Job Summary
A company that assists healthcare organizations to set up or expand their existing telemedicine capabilities is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Generalist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Planning onboarding strategies with cross-functional departments
- Conducting and analyzing engagement interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data
- Consulting with and providing support to employees from multiple divisions to assist with HR related topics
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or related HR function
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Thorough knowledge of local, state, and federal employment/labor laws pertaining to HR is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and culture awareness
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
