Job Summary

A financial network dedicated to improving fraud detection is in need of a Remote Human Resources Generalist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Responding to managers and employee’s questions and/or concerns on employment related matters for US-based employees
• Conducting new hire orientation and ensures all onboarding processes are completed by colleagues
• Assisting in the maintenance of the global HRIS including manual data entry

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years or more of human resources generalist/coordination experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledgeable in employee relations and human resources management
• Ability to build solid working relationships and work cross-functionally
