Job Summary
A reputation management company has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Generalist.
Must be able to:
- Recruit, interview, and facilitate qualified applicants for open positions
- Conduct or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verifications
- Deal effectively with complex and sensitive employee relations issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development or similar field
- 3-5 years HR experience across a variety of workstreams
- Extensive, demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Responsive and customer-focused with a demonstrated use of professional judgment
